Sales Manager serves as FUTUEYES consumer-level products' connection with audio-visual furniture specialty retailers, mainly american furniture stores. This individual is responsible for driving sales within assigned accounts by developing programs, event/show, marketing and conducting in-store training and merchandising, as well as building up brand awareness among product users.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans to increase penetration rate, specifically for Design tv stand serie.
  • Manage specialty retailer’s end-to-end operation, including but not limited to order-to-cash, sales data analysis, merchandising and event conducting.
  • Build up strong relationship with the whole retailer organization, including but not limited to owner, buyer, planner, retail operation and marketing/event team
  • Work with internal cross-function teams, like country sales manager, product management, demand planning, logistics, retail operation and finance team, to implement go-to-market plans.
  • Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in Sales
  • Willing to travel as needed

  • Similar specialty retailers management experience
  • Financial acumen and leadership skills to build and develop profitability models.
  • Organizational and communication skills for multiple audiences and ability to obtain internal and external customer commitment.
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills; ability to manage through influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective programs and sales initiatives.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, data oriented decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to manage the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Proficient at developing and presenting go-to-market presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
